Jesus birth and Circumcision pt2
KJV And they came with haste, and found Mary and Joseph, and the babe lying in the manger.
And when they had seen it, they made known abroad the saying which was told them concerning this child.
And all they that heard it wondered at those things which were told them by the shepherds.
But Mary kept all these things, and pondered them in her heart.
And the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things that they had heard and seen, as it was told unto them.
And when eight days were accomplished for the circumcising of the child, His name was called JESUS, which was so named of the angel before He was conceived in the womb.
KJV Luke 2:16-21
Birth of Jesus pt 1 KJV
KJV And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night.
And, lo, the angel of Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid.
And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.
For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.
And this shall be a sign unto you: Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger.
And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying,
Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.
m
And it came to pass, as the angels were gone away from them into heaven, the shepherds said one to another, Let us now go even unto Bethlehem, and see this thing which is come to pass, which the Lord hath made known unto us.
KJV Luke 2:8-15

Friday - The Lord Acts with Passion - Isaiah 42:10-17 - 11/18/16
An exhortation to praise God for his salvation. His rebuke of Israel for their unbelief.
Verse 10 ... Sing unto the LORD a new song, & his praise from the end of the earth, ...
Psalm 98:1 ... O SING unto the LORD a new song; for he hath done marvellous things: his right hand & his holy arm, hath gotten him the victory.
Isaiah 42:10 ... ye that go down to the sea, and ... (fullness thereof) all that is therein; the isles, & the inhabitants thereof.
Isaiah 42:11 ... Let the wilderness & the cities thereof lift up their voices, the villages that Ke'dar doth inhabit: let the inhabitants of the rock sing, let them shout from the top of the mountains.
Isaiah 42:12 ... Let them give glory unto the LORD, & declare his praise in the islands.
Isaiah 42:13 ... The LORD shall go forth as a mighty man, he shall stir up jealousy like a man of war: he shall cry, ...
Isaiah 31:4 ... For thus hath the LORD spoken unto me, Like as the lion & the young lion roaring on his prey, when a multitude of shepherds is called forth against him, he will not be afraid of their voice, nor abase himself for the (multitude) noise of them: so shall the Lord of hosts come down to fight for mount Zi'on, & for the hill thereof.
Isaiah 42:14 ...I have long time holden my peace; I have been still & refrained myself: now will I cry like a travailing woman; I will destroy & (swallow, or sup up) devour at once.
Isaiah 42:15 ... I will make waste mountains & hills, & dry up all their herbs; & I will make the rivers islands, & I will dry up the pools.
Isaiah 42:16 ... And I will bring the blind by a way they knew not; I will lead them in paths that they have not known: I will make darkness light before them & crooked things (into straightness) straight. These things will I do unto them, & not forsake them.
Isaiah 42:17 ... They shall be turned back, ...
Psalm 97:7 ... Confounded be all they that serve graven imagines, that boast themselves of idols: worship him, all ye gods.
Isaiah 42:17 ... they shall be greatly ashamed, that trust in graven images, that say to the molten images, Ye are our gods.
